You should heat oil in a wok and add the onion and ginger. After a minute of stirring add 100g minced pork along with the cooking wine and bean sauce. You should sauté for about 3 minutes and then add a small cup of water. Add the soy sauce, chicken stock, and wet cornstarch. Stir for one minute and then it off the flame. Transfer the contents to a bowl and keep it aside. Clean the wok now, add about 3 cups of water, and place it over medium flame. Wait till the water begins to boil and then add the noodles. Keep stirring until the water begins to boil again. Now add one more cup of water and continue stirring. Add the green vegetables and allow the water to boil again. Transfer the noodles from the wok and place it in a bowl. Take the green vegetables and place it over the noodles. Take the minced pork sauce which was prepared earlier and pour it over the noodles. The dish is now ready to be served.

You will be able to enjoy the dish in its traditional flavors when you visit a Cantonese restaurant Singapore. If you want to enjoy a spicier version of this delicacy, you should choose a nice Chinese restaurant in Singapore that serves dishes cooked in the authentic Szechwan style.
